要】 宗旨 : 为了确定利乐复折伙料取 PE 密封条热封机能 , 钻研利乐复折伙料和 PE 密封条正在差异热封条件下 , 其热封强度随热封因素厘革而厘革的轨则 . 办法 : 通过 三组单因素试验 , 确定热封强度受各因素映响的初始轨则 , 获得各个热封因素与值范 围 , 而后依据单因素热封试验结果设想响应面试验 , 最末通过响应面阐明法阐明各个 热封因素对纵封热封强度的映响轨则 . 结论 : 最佳的纵封热封条件 : 热封光阳 0.87s, 热 封温度 147.77℃,热封压力 200N, 此时纵封热封强度为 19.378N/15mm.%ObjectiZZZe:In order to determine the optimal parameters of the ZZZertical sealing between tetra pak material and PE sealing strips,the rules of the change of heat sealing strength under different ZZZertical heat sealing conditions were studied.Methods:through three set of single factor eVperiments,the initial regularities of the relationship between ZZZertical heat sealing strength and those three factors affected it were determined,and the range of each factor was set up.Then based on the results of the eVperiments,a response surface eVperiment was deZZZised.According to the analysis of the result,the law of the change of ZZZertical heat sealing strength under different heat sealing conditions was finally found.Conclusion:the optimal ZZZertical heat sealing condition:the heat sealing time was 0.8 7s,when the heat sealing temperature was 147.77℃,the heat sealing pressure was 200N,and the ZZZertical heat sealing strength was 19.378N/15mm.
